Hey, there!

I’m Robin Le Roy-Kyle— Founder, Chief Storyteller, and Mess Maker of RobinLK Studios, a woman veteran-owned business established in 2015 as a part-time passion alongside my teaching career.

In 2021, I retired (early) from public education to give my creative side & desire to be my own boss ‘center stage.’

Leaning into my 27-year teaching & coaching career, I now teach how to use creative, personal writing and approachabe art to help guide personal growth and positive change in the ‘grown-up gal’ crowd.

After 17 years, I finally returned to Brevard in October 2020, bringing my husband with me— a guy who’s happily settled into coastal living. It’s great to be back! When we aren’t working, you’ll find us on our Harley, on the boat, or enjoying one of many favorite local restaurants.

Since 2018, RobinLK Studios has been hosting creative workshops and retreats for women 15 – 50+. Designed for happy chatter, quiet reflection, a bit of how-to, and self-discovery, we “play” with words + colors through creative personal writing & wordplay alongside approachable mixed-media “art” projects (paint, paper, and glue “therapy” for grown-up gals).

Skills not required!

Sometimes boisterous, other times quiet, we use cool tools, materials, and techniques to:

spend quality “Me” time connecting with friends, new and old

take a break from busy lives, ‘adulting’

(re)discover our creative side

have fun! (because who doesn’t need THAT!?)

In-person Creative Workshops

  • two-hour events for grown-up gals
  • limited seating: up to 16 women per event
  • event set-up and breakdown each need 30 minutes

Writing Retreats

  • 1 to 3 days
  • same space needs as workshops with multi-day availability

Things we need in your location:

  • space for up to 16 guests to work comfortably
