In this truly mini session, we’ve got room for 8 at one of our favorite community partners,
Hello Again Books, located at 411 Brevard Avenue in historic Cocoa Village.
Join us as we dive into this (easy & fun) creative mini-writing session for the (mostly) grownup crowd. 😉
During this session, learn how to: choose pages to repurpose, identify words to tell a story, create your draft (without losing your chosen words!), begin the subtraction process, and voila! You’ve got your own stories. Create one or ten… totally up to you! (Learn about process vs. content, too.)
This week’s session is 4:00- 5:30 PM, with a wrap-up by 6:00 at the latest,
just in time for dinner (in the Village? So many great choices!).
*This session is for guests 16 and up.

Each registered guest enjoys her own supplies, materials, directions, table space, and a take-home project. Registration includes all of those things (+ before-session preparation) for each person.
Most events are for adults, with a few marked for guests 16+. Check the session you’re interested in for details. The age limit is for guest privacy. Personalized writing often leads to emotions and sometimes to things we might say around other adults. Also, while everyone is welcome, events hosted by RobinLK Studios are designed for women “15 – 50+.”
In most cases, YES! Absolutely. Please check the session description for any limitations or suggestions. When choosing, be mindful that we are working in small areas and with our hands. Messy, crunchy, or smelly might not be the best fit.

Oh, gracious… nooo!! 🙂 I’ve been teaching teens and adults how to play with words for 25+ years. I promise – no experience is necessary.
Nope. Sharing our writing is always optional. During every session, I teach the difference between content and process and ask folks to share something about their process OR their content. This is how we learn and grow together. What you share is 100% up to you.
Life happens. Things definitely come up! Workshops require advance preparation with supplies, materials, and project models. Time to prepare is my ‘work time.’ If you are unable to attend, please email me at least 24 hours (when possible) before the event at robinLKstudios (at) gmail dot .com with the workshop title and date in the subject line. You are welcome to transfer your registration to someone else for that session OR enjoy credit toward a future event. If neither option works for you, a refund minus a $5 administrative fee is available, sent within 10 business days of the event.
